A couple of weeks ago in the middle of the night my toy hauler suffered a blowout on both passenger side tires. I was on a trip from San Antonio, TX to Miami, FL. There was no way to tow this. I called RV Specialist and Myra answered. She was the true definition of customer service. She got me roadside assistance to replace the tires so I could make it to her shop. I explained my situation and she got the RV operational so I could complete the trip. She even opened the site on a Saturday so I can come and get the RV to continue my journey. She just took control of the situation and made everything seem so much smoother. Next month as I make my way back, I'll stop by, and they will fix the cosmetics part of the repairs. She was the answer to my prayers as I sat in the middle of the night on I-10 eastbound. If you are ever in that area and are in need of help don't hesitate to contact them. They are true professionals who understand the needs of RVers and provide you with the assistance you need to continue your journey. I would not have made it in time to FL had it not been for Myra stepping in and taking care of things. Thank you very much for your assistance and real customer service.

Myra is the best. Great employees. After hurricane i was getting nowhere with a estimate. She got it done for me. What was a helping hand one i thought was not possible. Merry Christmas she deserves santa's list because she was a very,very good girl.

Edit: We got our new Microwave with no trim and Myra got our trim sent to us to another state. She goes beyond to help her customers. RV people need her in every state helping us.
